I disagree, BTW, that he necessarily needed to do anything once the video came out. I believe the quote was no further action would be taken. If that&s accurate and some action was taken (even if just a stern talking-to), .... There was a punch. He could have lied out his ass saying Mouton would face extra conditioning during the week and not be suspended. RR could have said he&s getting a one quarter suspension. He probably could have gotten away with ambiguously ...
